Heraldic Crest – The College Of Arms

Gino was engaged for some 12 years by The College Of Arms, to carve heraldic crests for regular commissions. Several coat of arms for the Order of the Bath and the Order of the Garter, such as the one seen here were carved for noblemen, knights of the realm and the gentry.

Gino Masero - Master Woodcarver

This large and highly detailed woodcarving, represents the coat of arms for Queen Elizabeth II and the current Royal Family in the United Kingdom.

The Latin text below is the personal motto of Queen Elizabeth I, “Semper Eadem” translated to “always the same”. However the royal coat of arms during her reign would have a Welsh Dragon rather than a Unicorn to the right.
